Gamstop not paying preorders on time

(Thanks BTW!) I called back and told him, this is not true and I should get a code like others have. I came to these forums and found out that this was not true at all after looking for this vendor for 30 minutes. He comes back to the phone and says okay, so there is a vendor in the game that will have it, but you have to find the special items vendor. He said, hang on I am going to go look in the back. I said that's not going to work for me unfortunately - I preordered this from your company so I could get the code. The Gamestop rep said, I am really not sure. I found that it was not in the game box so I called Gamestop again asking how I could get my code since it was not in the box. I asked the customer service rep if he needed to provide me anything to get the pack, such as a code. I walked in Gamestop around the time they opened today to pick up my game. I was given a receipt, but no preorder information was present. Over a month ago I walked into Gamestop and purchased an XB1, controllers and paid in full (preorder) Sea of Thieves. Update: I've got my code, and the BD gear looks great!
